Eugenia (Yevhenia) Oleksandrivna Tymoshenko was born on February 20, 1980 (age 44 years) in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union (now Dnipro, Ukraine). She is the daughter of Oleksandr Tymoshenko and Yulia Tymoshenko. In 1994, she entered Rugby School in the UK, a former all-boys school which had become co-educated in 1992, graduating in 1998.
