The Supreme Court of Ghana has by a unanimous decision dismissed the 2020 election Petition brought before it by John Mahama
The seven-member panel led by the Chief Justice Kwesi Anin-Yeboah dismissed the petition on Thursday March 4 on grounds that The Petitioner and his witnesses could not prove to the court that indeed there was no clear cut winner.
