Millie Bright was born on August 21, 1993 (age 28 years) in Chesterfield in the East Midlands region of England,. Her mother Nicola Bright is a fan of Chelsea FC. Bright spent her youngest years immersed in equestrianism. She developed pneumonia as a baby and spent some of her early childhood in the hospital with bouts of asthma.
Bright attended Sheffield Road School and Killamarsh Junior School as a youth, followed by Eckington School. Bright began playing football at age nine.
