In June of the 2019 season, LePage scored 8453 to win the Decastar meeting in Talance, France. This score qualified him for the World Championships in Doha, Qatar.

In July 2019, LePage won a bronze medal at the Pan Am games followed by a fifth-place finish with a score of 8445 in his first World Championships. LePage then went on to win third in the IAAF Combined Events Challenge with teammate Warner coming first.
