Randy Lewis Levine was born on February 22, 1955 (age 67 years) in Brooklyn, New York, United States. He is the son of American parents Isaac Levine and Arlene L. Rosenfeld Levine. He is a Jewish American. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University in 1977 and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1980.
