Samuel Frederick Smith was born on May 19, 1992 (age 29 years) in London, the United Kingdom to Frederick Smith and broker Kate Cassidy. They grew up in Great Chishill, Cambridgeshire and attended Thomas More Primary School in the village. Smith was bullied for “having breasts” as a child and had liposuction at age 12.
