Roxanne Conisha Bok is an American who is best known as the wife of Scott Bok, an American business executive. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Greenhill, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer and earlier as Co-President.
Her husband holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School.
Bok has been a Greenhill & Co., Inc. director since its incorporation in 2004. Scott joined Greenhill as a Managing Director in February 1997.
Before joining Greenhill, Scott was a managing director in the mergers, acquisitions and restructuring department of Morgan Stanley, where he worked from 1986 to 1997, based in New York and London.
From 1984 to 1986, he practiced mergers and acquisitions and securities law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.
He serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the American Museum of Natural History, and Chair Emeritus of Prep for Prep, a New York-focused organization focused on educational opportunities for students of color.
