“Will Our Children Be Safe at School?” Some Ghanaian Parents raises concerns on Social Media

Faction of Ghanaians parents have expressed worry about the safety of their children as they begin a new academic year today. Government of Ghana has said even though there is still the Coronavirus, life cannot come to a still; as such schools were cleared to resume after a long break since last year.

But a disturbing yet fascinating picture of a pupil using paper as nose mask has rekindled series of Conversation on social media with some parents asking if it’s safe for their children to be at school.

Recent data suggest that Ghana is seeing a rapid increase in infection rate of the Coronavirus with President Akufo Addo saying, If Ghanaians fail to adhere to safety protocols, he will be left with no choice than to lock the country down.
